Ich habe eine Testbestellung aufgegeben. Diese befindet sich seit 5 Tagen im Status Produktion. Da noch weitere Tage ins Land ziehen werden, bis es dann letztendlich produziert und geliefert wurde, werde ich zu einem anderen Anbieter gehen. Solche Lieferzeiten sind für einen Onlineshop bzw. für deren Kunden nicht aktzeptabel.

Wir haben in den letzten Monaten weiterhin mit viel Detail und Zeitinvest versucht, dem Shirtee Team deren (!) Produktionsprobleme zu beschreiben und zu dokumentieren. Da sind Stunden an Arbeit von unserer Seite reingeflossen und wir haben Monate verloren, in denen wir kein Marketing machen konnten für unsere Produkte. Das Support Team an sich ist auch super, nur das Produktionsteam scheint keine Qualtitätskontrolle zu haben. Es fühlt sich für uns so an, als ob die Produktion etwas lieblos ist und die Sorgfalt fehlt. Und deswegen falsch produzierte Produkte verschickt werden an unsere Kunden.Unser Wunsch an das Team wäre: bitte führt eine Kontrolle ein und prüft eure Ergebnisse unbedingt mit den Vorlagen eurer Kunden (hochgeladene Dateien). Nutzt die Originalgröße (!) des Motives aus der Stickdatei, und prüft das Ergebnis VOR dem Versand. Jedesmal.Wir haben wie geschrieben simple Motive - aber selbst diese machen Probleme, sind weiterhin verzerrt gewesen. Die Kunden haben sich beschwert und wir als Store Besitzer kriegen das ab.Heute kam nochmal eine neue Beschwerde eines Kunden zu einem Hoodie, bei dem sich der Druck direkt löste nach dem Auspacken. Insofern, alles sehr schade. Mal sehen, wie wir weitermachen, wir sind nun etwas ratlos aktuell hinsichtlich Shirtee. Falls sich das doch noch verbessert, werden wir die Bewertung natürlich nochmal ändern. Danke dennoch an das gute Support Team (Levent, Marc, Vanja).
