This is the direct online shop of Imayotsukasa Sake Brewery, a sake brewery in Niigata City. Founded in the port town of Niigata more than 250 years ago, it creates ways of enjoying sake suited to the present day. We offer a wide range of products, from Imayotsukasa Sake Brewery's original sake, all brewed as junmai, to seasonal limited-edition sake, Fukubako variety sets, a subscription delivery recommended by the brewers, and Nishikigoi, recommended as a gift.
