In partnering with AeroPress, we shifted the digital presence to prioritize a modern-shopping experience, leveraging emerging best practices, while also listening to their large fanbase to better understand how their audience likes to shop. Combining their cult-like supporter preferences with proven best practices, led to a thoughtful UI/UX, driven by data, to substantially grow conversions.

Shopping UX shaped by the AeroPress fanbase
AeroPress, the coffee maker brand, has a large and devoted following. Shopwell set out to move the brand's digital presence toward a modern shopping experience by drawing on two sources: current ecommerce best practices and what the brand's supporters said about how they like to shop. Bringing those together produced a data-driven UI/UX, which Shopwell reports substantially grew conversions.
