Bud Spencer - Store migration and redesign
The previous version of Bud Spencer Official Shop was built using Prestashop, but the overall experience did not feel modern and wasn’t satisfactory. A lot of problems, particularly slow performance and the complexity required to make changes, convinced the client to invest in a brand new solution that could improve both the user experience and at the same time reduce the administration fatigue.

Why the Bud Spencer Official Shop left PrestaShop
The earlier Bud Spencer Official Shop ran on PrestaShop, and the client was not happy with it. The experience did not feel modern, the store was slow, and making changes took a lot of work. To fix both problems, the client paid for a new Shopify store. The goals were a better experience for shoppers and less admin work for the team running the shop.
The redesigned Bud Spencer merchandise storefront
The project's cover image shows the new homepage. The header has the Bud Spencer Official Shop logo, navigation for Home, Clothing, Home & Living and Accessories, and icons for a language selector, search, account and cart. Below it, a large hero section pairs an illustration of Bud Spencer with the shop's heading, a short welcome text about official Bud Spencer merchandise and a Shop Now button.
