Fixing a Labway store that felt broken

Labway Biotech had already revamped its Shopify store through separate freelancers and agencies. The set-up was still not user friendly: the site was often unresponsive and gave the impression of being broken. Navy FAB worked with the Labway team on everything from theme selection to general website direction, looking for solutions that suit a biotech company. In its review, Labway calls the work a website revamp and says it needed a custom user experience.
