Moving LATIVA's roofing store off OpenCart
LATIVA, a Bulgarian store selling roofing and facade materials, previously ran on OpenCart, and the legacy version remains online for comparison. The store was fully migrated to Shopify with clean URL redirects, and a new store was built with improved UX. The client review describes the engagement as starting with SEO before the client handed over the full build of the new Shopify store.
New SEO content and metadata for pages and collections
Alongside the migration, new SEO content was written for key pages and collections, and fresh, unique metadata was created across the site. As a result, ✦ SEOexpert.bg reports a modern store with stronger visibility and first-page rankings for core queries.
A roofing and facade catalogue in the new storefront
The project image shows the new homepage header: a search bar, account and cart icons, and a multi-row category menu with dropdowns covering pitched roofs, gutter systems, thermal panels, eave cladding, facade panels, timber, insulation, attic stairs, flat roofs, fencing profiles, fasteners, tools, roof windows and manufacturers. A top bar links to a gallery, roof repair, installation guides, a blog and FAQs, next to a language selector.
