Benefits of Bloomreach

The new app will boost Shopify and ShopifyPlus brands to level up their campaign games with the help of data-driven personalised messages. Bloomreach Engagement enables merchants to enjoy the following features:

  1. Merchants will be able to sync Shopify data including customer events, catalogues, coupons and website activity besides other data sources with Bloomreach Engagement. This will help them create holistic customer profiles.
  2. Brands will be able to easily build targeted segments that get updated in real-time even during Holiday seasons or peak sale seasons like Black Friday.
  3. Shopify merchants will be able to spend efficiently on advertisements and customer acquisition costs will be lower. This can be done with the help of granular customer segments to reach the right target audience with the right ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and more.
  4. Merchants can attract new customers and retain the old ones through email and SMS programs. Shopify brands can leverage built-in email and SMS sign-up units, centralized consent management and quick-launch templates to achieve desired results.

Lately, Bloomreach rolled out a number of other integrations with tools in Shopify tech stacks, like, Klaviyo, Gorgias, Attentive, Movable Ink, Yotpo, and many more. For example, it has introduced two-way data integration with Klaviyo which can be set up within minutes. This allows brands to export consents, campaign events and customers from Klaviyo to Bloomreach Engagement. Later, Bloomreach intelligence and orchestration can be used to sync data sets back to Klaviyo, thus enhancing the data of subscribers with high-intent segments.

Bloomreach And Attentive Integration

Earlier in June this year, Bloomreach announced that brands using Bloomreach Engagement can now enrich their SMS communications. This can be done with the help of their data in Bloomreach which will enable them to send more personalized messages via Attentive. This integration will allow Engagement users to send their customers a highly personalized SMS and also synchronize marketing campaigns across both platforms.

For the unversed, Attentive is an SMS marketing platform used by more than 6,500 Shopify brands. The partnership will help Shopify merchants to expand their omnichannel strategy and boost customer engagement with real-time personalization.
