I wish I could give infinite stars at this point!Had a problem with the free footer that Design Packs so kindly provides us, it simply didn't show on my store view after I finished the customization.Contacted the support, got a quick response and help from Anne, turned out it was a problem with the Markets settings in my store itself, she even got the time to screen record a quick video to explain the problem to me, just amazing!Never got such amazing and precise customer support before, will def. subscribe to one of their packages when I get my first sales.Y'all got a lifetime customer now!
