“I had an influx of fraud orders prior to using this app. One had slipped through (most had gotten stuck in abandoned checkout that I hadn't noticed). These were clearly some type of bot attack "orders" because the product that had been purchased had no "add to cart" button on the page. (I previously was offering a subscription service. Decided not to do this through Shopify because there were issues for the customers and instead the subscription is solely through Patreon. With that said - this customer managed to pay for a subscription that no longer existed. Which is what alerted me that it was in fact a fraud order and not an actual customer order.The app was easy to implement and I've reached out to customer service to turn on their "Stop bots from creating fake checkoutsSuccess." This seems to have helped immensely. I was still getting some fake checkouts but they weren't going through the system and physically charging me anything. They were stuck in abandoned cart. After about a month, the issue seems to have vanished. For the $20/month it's well worth the investment if you have a Shopify store.They are also quick to answer and offer support/help with their chat feature. Both times I've reached out, I've gotten a response immediately.Highly recommend. I had an influx of fraud orders prior to using this app. One had slipped through (most had gotten stuck in abandoned checkout that I hadn't noticed). These were clearly some type of bot attack "orders" because the product that had been purchased had no "add to cart" button on the page. (I previously was offering a subscription service. Decided not to do this through Shopify because there were issues for the customers and instead the subscription is solely through Patreon. With that said - this customer managed to pay for a subscription that no longer existed. Which is what alerted me that it was in fact a fraud order and not an actual customer order.The app was easy to implement and I've reached out to customer service to turn on their "Stop bots from creating fake checkoutsSuccess." This seems to have helped immensely. I was still getting some fake checkouts but they weren't going through the system and physically charging me anything. They were stuck in abandoned cart. After about a month, the issue seems to have vanished. For the $20/month it's well worth the investment if you have a Shopify store.They are also quick to answer and offer support/help with their chat feature. Both times I've reached out, I've gotten a response immediately.Highly recommend. I've tried other fraud filters but this one seems to be the absolute best.

We were having so many issues with fraudulent purchases. After trying to go through our Gateway filter permissions and still getting nowhere, we installed Blockify. I chatted with customer service to help us set up our Blockify protections. The customer service rep, Vivian, was super helpful and patient. She combed through all the available settings and finalized our set up. I am hoping that we will not have to deal with these fraudulent purchases again!

My store was over run with bot check outs and my mailing list was contaminated with 40,000 bot created accounts before we realized what was happening. We installed cartwatch and the bot activity stopped. the fake shopify account are tagged and deleted automatically. I have contacted the customer service team with questions and they have been very responsive! It's a same that Shopify doesn't offer better native protection from this kind of attack. Without something protecting your cart you're a sitting duck. This is a very effective app, worth the money for sure.
