Four Vertu Motors sites leaving two bespoke platforms
Vertu Motors PLC ran four ancillary eCommerce websites across two bespoke platforms. The aim was to bring all four onto Shopify so the stores would be scalable in functionality and maintainable, with a lower total cost of ownership. The project image shows Herd's case study page for the work, titled Windscreen Wipers.
A custom theme and SEO to protect search visibility
Herd proposed a careful migration to Shopify for the four stores. To reduce the risk of the sites losing search visibility in the move, the re-platforming was paired with custom theme development, and Herd provided SEO support throughout the project.
