Good software and can trust that my numbers are accurate with using this. It's extremely important for me to know them down to a tee so to have them broken down in a way that is easy to understand and accurate is great.

We have been using Beprofit for a while, the has been issues and ups and downs, but with help of customer service we have solved that. Also it could be bit better for users with many stores, for example if its same business, then operational costs could be spread across all stores etc.

Exactly what I needed. This app has taken a massive stress off my shoulders. I used to rely on Excel files to keep track of business numbers, which was very time-consuming and not even accurate enough. Since using this app, my business finally makes sense, and I don’t even spend a third of the time I used to on manually tracking everything.The team have been amazing answering my questions and guiding me they truly know how to treat their customers to ensure clarity and help you get the most out of the app.Highly recommend don’t even look elsewhere.Update — July 2026Still using BeProfit daily and it keeps getting better. The team continues to be incredibly responsive — had a specific request recently and they went out of their way to help. The app has become a core part of how I run my business every day. Can't imagine going back to spreadsheets.

Even if it is a very well created app, unfortunately after 10 months of use I have been totally upset from this and especially from the support. Ι had a problem wıth the total sales. The app was showing different total sales ( daily and monthly), different from the Shopify. So, when I realised it I sent many emails and I spoke to the chat. Many tickets bu t no asnwer. After one week of trying to communicate I decided to uninstall the app because I couldn't find a way to fix it on my own and of course, if the total sales where shown wrong, all the other calculatıons about the profıts were also wrong. After uninstalling, the staff sent me many emails to ask me why I uninstalled it, which I answered of course. They said that they haven't received any tickets on the chat and no emails. They pursuade me to install it again , which I did and they would try to fix the problem. One week after again no solution. And the last but not least was that even if I was their customer for 10 months, the new pricing that they charged me was 30$ more than I was paying all the months on my subscrition. When i asked why was that they said they couldn't do anyhting. So neither solved the problem, neither wanted to. And they increased the monthly fees so, without Improvıng their app and their facilitities. Unfortunately, tottaly disapointed. UPDATE (After 3 months) : I need to inform you all that the support team finally tried to reach me out many times and also the CEO Eden which seemed to be personally willing to find out what was happening with my store's total revenue and all the problems that I had with the app. They finally found all the solutions, so at last Ι am satisfied and will keep the app. UPDATE after 2 years : After 2 years of experience with the app I have to say that it helps a lot! It is really soo so nice and helpful! Thank you for all you support

Great app and tracks profit accurately.Would recommend it for sure!

We have tested a few profit-tracking platforms over time, and BeProfit is by far the most accurate and analytical one we’ve used. The level of detail and clarity it provides gives us real confidence in our numbers; especially with the complexity of our expense structure.At the beginning, we had quite a few setup questions because our cost structure isn’t simple. Anthony personally offered one-on-one support to make sure everything was configured properly. What stood out the most was his commitment. Even though the time zone meant some ridiculous hours for him, he still made himself available and patient throughout the process.That level of service is rare.BeProfit goes above and beyond, not just as a software platform but as a team that genuinely cares about its users getting it right. Not calculating the profit correctly. Specially Calculation Preferences section is not working properly. Not recommended.

BeProfit has honestly been super helpful for our business. It’s a really solid profit analytics platform that finally gives us a clear picture of what we’re actually making after all costs. The dashboard is clean, easy to use, and way better than trying to piece things together manually.Also, their support is great — every time I reached out, they replied quickly and actually solved the issue, not just copy-paste answers.One thing that makes it even better is the multi-shop view , merged, in the dashboard. Since we run several stores, having everything in one place is a huge benefit.Overall, BeProfit is definitely worth it if you want to understand your real numbers and manage your store more efficiently.
