Rebuilding Nerada Tea's existing Shopify store

Nerada Tea came to Digital Mavens with an existing store that it wanted rebuilt and redesigned to improve its sales performance and ecommerce capabilities, according to the client's review. The scope ran from strategy, UX design and information architecture and taxonomy through a Shopify template upgrade, UI design and branding, and development and store set-up. The project image shows a header navigation that organises the store into Shop Tea, Shop Range, Shop Format and Accessories & Gifts, alongside About Us and Tea Talk.

Apps, back-end processes and fraud set-up behind the storefront

Alongside the storefront, Digital Mavens handled app installation and integrations, a review of back-end processes with systems integration, testing, fraud management set-up and the launch.
