I think the comment section could be improved a little bit. I notice that when I get a comment and I respond, it's one big block with 1. their comment, 2. ---, 3. "my business" replied, 4. my response, 5. their name and the date. The order I'd like to see is 1. commenter's name, 2. the date, 3. their comment, 4. then in a separate box, I'd like to have my response in a similar setup but right underneath and a little to the right. Does that make sense? The app does what it's supposed to do.”

This little app is great! Lets us manage native Shopify comments right from email. My only issue is every email for every comment is titled the same: "There's a new comment on your Shopify blog" and that it doesn't say "from Commenter Name" at the end to make the emails unique.
