We have issues with the couriers not picking up on time but that has nothing to do with Clickship. I send them and email with any issues and they take care of it immediately. I don't have to contact the couriers individually. Suzanne from Feightcom (same company) actually called me to introduce herself. Any problems, I can call her directly. Amazing service!! The shipping is so easy too. Everything is seamless with our Shopify store. The integrations is so good. As soon as I print the label, our Shopify store marks it as fulfilled. There are a few bugs with the cancellation of a label sometimes. A pop-up says it's not working and to contact tech but once I do, they take care of it right away. They save us an average of about $5 on each shipment. Some are $10 difference!!
