I think this app works really well. The only difficulty is that you really need to stay on top of apps in shopify- you need to consistently check to make sure the app is updated and (this is something we didn't know at first) turned on! Every once in a while I find that an app isn't working because of some shopify update, and that happened with Kedra shield. I couldn't understand why our site was being scraped... turns out I needed to check to make sure the app was turned on in the theme customizer and also updated in the app section. I am very impressed with the customer service because I left a 3 star review and received an email with helpful information. Changing my review to 5 stars because it actually is doing everything I need it to, plus the email was so helpful.
