Chatty AI Chatbot & Live Chat holds the top spot for agent avatar with 39.2% market share, but the gap to challengers is closing, -16.1pp ahead of Shopify Inbox (55.3%). Wa: WhatsApp Chat, WhatsApp AI sits at #3 with 0 share, rounding out the top tier.
