Just leaning into it and enjoying it so far, Wen has been EXTREMELY HELPFUL in the setup and implementation of many of the features that I need and has been supporting me for nearly 12 hours in just my first day. I have high hopes for this app and I see good things coming from it!!!Update: It takes a learning curve and in the beginning it will be a little frustrating but Wen has been with me every step of the way (I think she works 24 hours a day, she is always available) and after days and days and guidance and non-stop perseverance, her and the developers have shown me that this app is a must have for a store my size. It has amazing maintenance and integration capabilities and has literally saved me and my team weeks of work. A must have app that shows more than alot of promise once you get to know it well.
