I really appreciate the layout and ease of use of ShipMonk’s website—it makes managing logistics simple and efficient. Overall, the system works well for my business. In the past, I experienced some issues with receivings, where stock has occasionally been lost, though it often turns up later, which can also be frustrating. I also encountered some billing inconsistencies with special projects that led me to adjust how I handle certain processes. However, I’ve noticed significant improvements recently, especially with customer service.I had a direct call with Kristy recently, who was incredibly responsive and helpful in addressing these concerns. Customer service now responds much more quickly, and overall, operations seem to be running very smoothly. I appreciate the improvements and look forward to continued reliability with ShipMonk.

I've had a really great experience with Shipmonk. We're no longer using them because we have our own warehouse now, but I truly had no complaints. Special shout out to Anthony B who was exceptionally helpful as we were closing the account.
