We've been using this for quite some time and it's a great app with wonderful customer service. But it just changed from free to paid and the prices are high. Shop hub is my new favourite loyalty scheme for my new small business! They go above and beyond to make me feel welcome and assist with any queries extremely quickly! I highly recommend.
The app is very easy to add to a store and customise. Unfortunately the free forever promise at the start got scrapped, with new pricing way over our budget going forward and we find ourselves in a bit of a pickle - we either pay $199 per month or discontinue and let down our many customers. Very disappointing indeed.
