An absolute rip-off!I installed the app in trial mode and when I saw that it did not meet my expectations I requested cancellation, and after a few days they charge me 580 dollars FOR NOTIFYING ME OF COUNTERCHARGES, not for avoiding them, stopping them or resolving them BY NOTIFYING ME, which shopify already does for free.I have screenshots in chat where I request the closure of the service and the account and days later they charge me that amount and refuse to refund.
