The support widget says “respond within a few hours”. We’re a paying customer since 2022. We submitted other support requests 15 and 13 days ago that also have no response.I’m actually writing this review as yet another attempt to get support to reply to our problem.After not receiving a response using the support widget from the app in Shopify after 3 days, I looked for other ways to reach support.
