If you open this the gift card page on a mobile browser, you can't actually play the video and you need to download the video to your phone- and even then I wasn't able to open/watch it during testing. This means that 90%+ of gift receivers would likely never even watch the video message recorded for them by the sender. Another nit is that the gift card page editor doesn't treat image sizes properly and distorts the aspect ratio even when providing the "ideal" image resolution as suggested.When I contacted developer about the video play issue they cited browser limitations, but there are other apps that offer QR-code based personalized video messages that certainly don't suffer from this debilitating limitation. More likely poor feature design. ”

We're using this App for Cashback promotion. It works very well. Easy to set up, very well integrated with Shopify. The plus is the support: they effectively and quickly helped us in some customization we needed.
