August 2022: I had this app 2 years ago and can't exactly remember why I deleted it (so many apps, so little time ) but I am SO glad I reinstalled it. Everything about it is different and it is fabulous! I ran into a small situation I couldn't figure out for the life of me (ALL my doing) and I reached out to support. Within seconds, MAYA - sweet, patient, kind, smart, and lovely Maya came to my aid and helped me tremendously! She is a total asset to their support team, and I truly wish more developers had people representing them the way she does! I was up and running in a few short minutes - which actually extended past her shift! She literally stayed on with me ensuring I was totally set-up and ready to launch my campaigns. I've got a little PTSD when it comes to reaching out to support because some aren't as well versed as they should be, but Maya made this such a wonderful experience for me. I'm a bit mad at myself for leaving them for 2 years, but SO glad I'm back - in VERY capable hands. Maya - YOU ROCK!!! Thank you!! July 2020: Just started using this app and within 5 minutes, i had my first marketing program up & running. I am NOT well versed in code, etc. and this app made everything extremely easy. UPDATE: Ran into a little glitch (thru fault of my own), and once again - Ann & the team pulled thru with FLYING colors!
