Edit 1: After working with support, unable to login to their account due to 2fa, and then permissions issues on their provided account(s) for them to try to track and test. Then they ghosted me, never responding to my message/emails for support requests. Still broken and randomly/intermittently not showing orders. Unreliable is an understatement. If I could give it negative stars, I would.

I use Rollo for all of my shipping needs. I am pleased that it can print an invoice as well as a label at the same time. Easy to correct weights if you make a mistake. Have connected and re-connected it shows its updated but no orders ever populate. Doesn't work unless you create and manually enter an order in the app
