I have not been able to log in for over 7 hours. 3 devices, each with 2 browsers, 3 reps, and ZERO resolve. I have deleted cookies, rebooted wifi, restarted the three devices and NOTHING!I get the 2FA code but the screen after password says it cannot be accessed. Where do I put the text code?I am very disappointed. And as much as I hate to change shipping apps after nearly 10 years, I think it time. For those considering SHIPPING EASY! LOOK ELSEWHERE. There support has even gone downhill. They used to be good, real good.
Was going great for the 1st month then as of October 2024 Shipping Easy was and still is auto adding +1 into our online store's inventory. As of now they have no resolution and this puts a lot stress on the web team to consistently monitor when an order comes in to manually adjust the inventory in Shopify due to this 3rd party shipping app.
