Great functionality and excellent customer support!
I may have already reviewed this app before, but if so I'm going to do it again. It is great. It just works for us -- providing so much more data & analytics than we're able to get from Shopify itself. We have some reports that we've scheduled to run on a regular basis and a ton of ad-hoc reports we've created as needed since we first added it about 5 years ago.Specifically, what sets this app apart is the very responsive support when needed. Whenever I've emailed Jonathan at support@highviewapps.com with a question about how to do something, he's written back with the answer very quickly -- often within half an hour. Most recently we were searching for a report on sales of Shopify Bundles, which is inexplicably impossible to get from Shopify directly. I was very glad to hear that they have this functionality, and it was easy to create the report I needed.I highly recommend!
