We're a big shop, hundreds of thousands of users, Frate has such a creative solution with their P2P returns we're expecting hundreds of thousands of savings, and their pricing on just general returns management has beat all their competitors, while also having deep integrations into our ERP (netsuite) to take our returns role from a full time employee daily to ~1 hour for an employee as a side responsibility.
