Most-Reviewed Email Notifications Shopify Apps
17TRACK Order Tracking leads email notifications Shopify apps with 4,090 cumulative reviews and a 4.9★ average rating. Notify Me! Back in Stock Alert (3,557 reviews) and Preorder, Back In Stock ‑ STOQ (3,512 reviews) round out the top 3. Notable mover: 17TRACK Order Tracking added the most new reviews this month (+176) — a strong recent install signal.
17TRACK Order Tracking (4,090) and Notify Me! Back in Stock Alert (3,557) sit close enough on cumulative reviews that current velocity matters more than the totals — for email notifications merchants, the apps adding reviews fastest right now (rather than the ones with the highest absolute count) are usually a better signal of current product-market fit.
Email Notifications Shopify Apps — Long-Term Review Trends
17TRACK Order Tracking accumulated 3,082 new reviews from Jan 2025 to Oct 2026, growing from 1,298 to 4,380 cumulative reviews — a steep addition rate for email notifications apps. Across the top 5 plotted email notifications apps, the steepest ongoing slopes mark the ones still actively winning new merchants — absolute review counts matter less than recent acceleration when picking apps in a category that's still growing.
Comparing email notifications apps on review trend slope rather than absolute count is the sharper signal — an app gaining reviews fast is winning current merchants, while 17TRACK Order Tracking's 4,380 cumulative base reflects long-running adoption that may or may not still be translating to new installs.
Review Growth Velocity in Email Notifications — Which Apps Grew Fastest
EW: EU Withdrawal Button &Form reached 1,000 reviews in 6 months since launch — the fastest ramp among the top 5 email notifications apps tracked here. 17TRACK Order Tracking in 36 months, Preorder, Back In Stock ‑ STOQ in 38 months, Notify Me! Back in Stock Alert in 46 months, and CWILL Order Tracking took 56 months to cross the same milestone, a 50-month spread between the fastest and slowest in the set.
All 5 apps in this set have crossed 1,000 reviews, with current cumulative counts now ranging from 2,313 (EW: EU Withdrawal Button &Form) to 4,410 (17TRACK Order Tracking) — a 1.9× difference, showing how far ahead the leader has continued to build past the milestone.
The 50-month gap between EW: EU Withdrawal Button &Form's and CWILL Order Tracking's time-to-1,000 highlights how unevenly product-market fit landed across this email notifications set — the leader found its merchant audience early, while late-rampers took multiple years to reach the same review depth. For merchants comparing these apps today, slower-ramping apps may have closed the functionality gap but still operate on smaller review bases.
