The reviews portion of Klaviyo is dreadful. I have spent a whole afternoon wasting my time due to 2 very important and completely inaccurate instructions from the klaviyo chatbot. then the 2 agents i spoke to must have been helping 20 people at once, the replies from the customer service agents always take a lifetime, I have been here 5 hours and literally got nowhere due to the misinformation. i was on a plan for 250 reviews a month and unlike the email platform, if you reach the limit and go over the profiles, the reviews stop sending and the worst part is, as i have found, contrary to what the chat bot says, you CANNOT send the reviews to those profiles that were skipped due to "request status - usage limit" the only workaround i have been given is to MANUALLY email each customer INDIVIDUALLY to send them a link to my website product page to write a review. what a joke - how does it not aucomatically take you to the next plan like it does if emails go over. and, if not then how on earth is there no way to email those skipped profiles. Also, i accidentally selected delete instead of clone my flow. it was instantly gone - i went to the chat bot and it said there was no way to get the flow back unless it is archived - how is there no "undo" button or confirmation before deleting. then the worst part is i spent an hour recreating the flow only to decide to check something with an agent and to be told that he could get the flow back for me, so again the chat bot gave completely inaccurate information again wasting my time. This review platform is so basic, the formatting and funtionality is really average. I am so disappointed and wish I went with a different provider for my reviews. Klaviyo needs to update their bot software, small business owners cannot afford to waste a total of 5 hours i their day trying to do something to basic. and there needs to be better support, i should not have had to sit on a chat for hours on end to get literally nowhere. the communication skills need improvement drastically.

I have switched from app to app to app trying to find something that works. I absolutely love Klaviyo! I am able to do more with my Shopify store than I ever imagined by using Klaviyo, and I love that they offer training on all that they can do. It's been a game changer for me. I now do all my email marketing, capture reviews, offer dynamic discounts and so much more with Klaviyo. I am a very small retail business, but I know I can scale with Klaviyo, which is really important. It's truly the best app that I've used since switching to Klaviyo two years ago. It's a game changer.

It's ALMOST perfect, and has come 1000 miles since we first evaluated it early this year. Several key features we requested at that time have been implemented, which precipitated our switch from another popular reviews app. The integration with Klaviyo email is a huge differentiator for this product.The ONE feature that would make this a 5: In the widget for a full Reviews web page, it doesn't show the store's response to the reviews. This is crucial in mitigating the impact of negative reviews.Will be happy to upgrade this to a 5-star when that feature is added.(Edited): It's been six months and no change. This feature is crucial. Downgrading to 3.

Easy Install & Operation.Thinking about the price, very convenient for small shop like mine.
