I’ve had to open 30 chats and send 10 emails just to get basic issues addressed. Back when Karri ran the app, he had a solo coder from India who was a machine—he’d fix my issues in 5 minutes. Now, it's just bloated bureaucracy. They’ve likely overhired people who have no idea what they’re talking about. They’re asking me for hundreds of screenshots just to even begin looking into a problem.And it’s been 20 days since I first reported the issue—still no resolution. I’m paying them $600/month because of their volume-based pricing (which is a rip-off), and they’re treating me like crap.
