Earlier this used to take a lot of our time. Sakshi actually takes ownership, is always available, calls back with updates, and does strict AWB follow-ups. We’ve seen a clear drop in RTOs because of this.We’ve tried Shiprocket and Delhivery before, but NimbusPost has worked better for us mainly because of the account management.Highly recommended.
