Amazing application and support is just top notch as well. The system works extremely well, and they also managed to help well beyond normal support for us having it displayed in product comparison as well.This app I would recommend to anyone selling foods and or supplements as well.
The app itself is great, it's intuitive, practical, and well designed. However, the customer support is what really prompted me to write this review. I needed to recover some information I lost and the team was beyond helpful. Not only did they find a solution for me, they were super quick to respond and very patient (i'm not very technical). This app is fantastic. The customer support has been outstanding and they have worked with me to customize my needs. They have also give me extra time to work with it.The fact that there is a French version is an incredible time saver, especially with Canadian product labels that have to be displayed in two languages.Another huge bonus is that I can download the labels for print, which is a cost saver!I highly recommend this app.
I used this app so I would not have to upload images of nutrition facts as I thought this would look much cleaner. So far it does and I really love the app! I even required some custom adjustments so I emailed them and they were done for me very quickly. Amazing app and customer service.
