And my order has been stuck on "Picked" for over a week, and I have no idea when to expect it to be printed. There is no explanation of their timeline and labels. They have a long way to go before they can compete with the big POD players. Printed Mint is nice for personal projects that don't have urgency, not for selling items on your shopify store.”

Riddled with problems and customer support is seriously lacking
I was having issues with the site when I first started it and really didn't like the fact that you couldn't see the mockups or your product while designing it. I reached out to Printed Mint and I must admit the response time and how to resolve the issues was very impressive. I'm going to see how it works after adding my items to Etsy. I do feel that even though I haven't really gotten my feet wet with this site, the branding will be the best part of this site. More time for the customer and less time with marketing your brand.
I've done business with PrintedMint for several years and have never ever been disappointed in their products nor their customer service. They are knowledgeable, professional and their packaging is absolutely exceptional. I'm looking forward to a continued working relationship with the folks at PrintedMint!
