Do not waste you money!!! I found another review app for my website so I canceled my one year service with TargetBay. They gave me such a hard time and kept on saying they will be giving me my refund. Well they haven't and now they're not returning my emails. No refund!!! It's been months now. Not a business to trust. Keep far away!!!

This review system is not reliable. You will see reviews on the website and for couple days they are gone from the website. Well run company that actually cares about their customers. They want you to succeed. We were sent over to another company when we changed over from BigCommerce. I wish we had just stayed with this company. They have set up many automations and the return on investment is much better.
